If your family history has any signs of obesity, then you should not consume fried foods. Here is why.

The researchers find out that those in the highest third of genetic risk had twice the gap in BMI if they consume fried foods four times a week or more than those with the lowest risk. Furthermore, those with the highest risk who have fried foods one to three times a week are heavier than people with lower genetic risk.
